So far, we are very impressed with the support of Hyperactive. We recently transferred our website to this hosting solution as our previous host was not resolving our McAfee vulnerabilities. With these vulnerabilities, we were not Pci compliant and did not have the McAfee Hackersafe logo appear on our site. Since transferring three weeks ago, Hyperactive has done there best to get this resolved, which they did. Thanks Guys! Too bad it took us leaving one host to get this resolved, but now I have confidence in the support guys at Hyperactive.

I never thought it would be possible. My site was down, orders were lost and I needed a new hosting company as soon as possible. Hyperactive came to the rescue. They had me up and running within the same day. Not only that, they optimized the performance of the e commerce back end without me even asking.
