Hyperactive provides a pre-development backup of your entire store or website and database before ever doing any modifications, this is whether your getting an entire site done, or a simple contribution installation. We can even, at your discretion, develop your new store or website on our development server, and once everything is done, move it to your server. This is a recommended step to help your site place well in search engines as well. If your new store is spidered before completion, you will be severely penalized in the rank your site starts out at.

Module installations, custom php code, webdesign and os commerce templates are billed at the rate of $60.00 US per hour. With most modules able to be installed within two hours, and several taking only 15 minutes. We do bill for module installations services for os commerce in fifteen minute increments. This rate applies to all modules at the OS Commerce contributions section.

By contracting Hyperactive Inc. to perform your project you agree to the following:

Custom PHP code and Application development is billed at the rate of $60.00 US per hour. All Programming, Design and Development work comes standard with 90 days post project support. Support is limited to work performed by Hyperactive Inc.

We do not cover bugs generated by the existence of third party applications, contributions, or modules you decide to use in your store, nor do we cover non-functionality of modules due to server issues, such as CURL not being compiled, ports being closed, PHP modules not being installed (such as GD-Lib).

We will however try and tell you why your module does not work so that you can work with your current host to have these issues resolved, or we can offer you hosting guaranteed to be compatible with your module. Making sure your server supports the module you are having installed is the responsibility of you and you alone. Per module installation instructions provided by the original author, we do the work.

If you are using a non-standard verison of OSC and modification must be made to the module you have selected for installation, it will be billed at our normal rates in addition to the installation charges for that module. Please remember, not all modules work with all versions of OScommerce and may need customization as well as installaiton.

If you have not contacted Hyperactive within 90 days of delivery of your code, images, scripts, content or any other product supplied by Hyperactive Inc. Your support account will terminate ninety (90) days after your product delivery. You may at this time contract Hyperactive Inc. further to repair such errors or bugs, and those fixes will be billed at our standard rates.
