Keep in mind that it only costs $65.00 per month to add FULLY managed and administered Support options to these dedicated servers. This gives you an unlimited number of Administration labor hours per month! All with a guaranteed response time of from 1 to 6 hours, and a guaranteed resolution time of from 1 to 24 hours. Average response times are closer to 1 hour. But we dont like making promises we may not be able to keep. The time it takes will also heavily depend on the severity and complexity of the issue. Selecting the Server management and administration package gives you a 100% Hands-Off Solution! If you decide to not select this option, you will be required to manage your own server, or hire our technicians on a per incident basis at $30.00 per 15 minutes of admin time.
