If at any time you need to ask a question related to the use and administration of osCommerce, please submit a support ticket. If that question has not been asked before it will be added directly to the knowledge base so that everyone may benefit. Same goes for Reseller hosting support, and web hosting support. Hyperactive will try to answer your question as soon as possible. For non emergency issues we try to accomplish this within 12 hours. For emergency issues, we try to take care of the issue within three hours. However, if this is a real emergency, and your site is down, your database has crashed, or you accidentally deleted your domain files, please call 910-616-6221 after normal buisness hours (6 PM to 10 AM EST) and 910-275-0384 during normal business hours (10 AM to 6 PM EST) to receive priority support.
